Shipping & Returns

Our delivery are available to these countries: United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Congo, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Honduras, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Portugal, Russian Federation, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, etc.

Please confirm your shipping address before you pay for it, your phone number is needed.
Items are generally shipped out within 2 working days after your payment.

You will never be in the dark about your order status. A tracking number will be sent to you right after your package shipped. Package transitting time normally takes 5 to 8 business days, depending on the destination. If you live in rural areas, it may take one or two days more. Holidays, strike, war, and other non- artificial factors are beyond Postal Service's control.

Shipping Charges

Our shipping fee will be converted to the local currency based on your choice, no matter how many pairs you purchase in your order. The shipping fee will be auto-added in themgrand total when you send payment.

After your package is despatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number of your order. You can track your order via the Order-tracking Websites below using your tracking number:

Right To Cancel

If you want to cancel, don't worry. We shall not process your order until you pay for it, so just forget about it! If you want to cancel the order after your payment, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we can not cancel your order once your item have been shipped. For your convience, please think over before you place your order.


All products are checked carefully before delivery. Please let us know your problems by e-mail as any issue cannot be fixed by yourself.
All products from our website could be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt. The items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging condition and in an unused condition. Please note that once your return items are received and found worn or dirty, these items will be sent back to you. Please contact us before you do this, and wait until you get our reply.


The shipping charges, all duties, taxes and additional fees for international exchanges are to be paid by customer, except for the faulty item we ship. Please e-mail us the tracking number once the package is sent out. We are not responsible for returned products lost in the post.


Postage is not refundable.

20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

If the items are Non-quality Problems, customers need to add postage for exchange delivery fees.

Return may takes one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.

Fill out your return address information on the label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office. Unfortunately, We will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged on the way it return.
